The only issue I had was that I ordered the kit with a Ghost Connector, but it came with the factory connector instead. I called customer service, and the person I spoke to asked if he could text me the tracking number of the Ghost Connector. I said sure & within minutes I received a picture of the actual package with the label & tracking number right on it. They goofed initially, but they made it right & did so very quickly.
