SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Granger Tactical, we offer free shipping on all orders above $100. We understand the importance of receiving your order in a timely manner so we ship most orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order reaches you in the shortest possible time. We offer shipping to all locations within the United States. No international shipping.

California Customers – Important Shipping Instructions

California Shipping

Effective immediately, all orders containing firearm slides and barrels shipped to California must be sent to a licensed California Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).

If your order contains a slide or barrel and your shipping address is in California, please complete the following steps before placing your order:

  1. Select a California FFL.
    Locate a California Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that you would like to receive your shipment.

  2. Contact the FFL.
    Confirm with your selected FFL that they are willing to accept the shipment on your behalf and complete any transfer requirements they may have.

  3. Provide the FFL Number.
    During checkout, enter the first three digits and the last five digits of your selected FFL's license number in the "Order Notes" (or "Add a Note") section. We will use this information to verify the FFL's shipping address through the ATF's FFL eZ Check system before processing your order.

  4. Enter the FFL as the Shipping Address.
    The Shipping Address must be the physical address of your selected California FFL. Orders cannot be shipped directly to your residence.

  5. Use Your Personal Billing Address.
    Enter your own billing address in the Billing Address section. This should be the address associated with your payment method.

Please Note

  • Orders will not ship until the receiving FFL has been verified.

  • If the provided FFL information cannot be verified or does not match the shipping address provided, your order may be delayed while we contact you for clarification.

  • Any transfer fees charged by your selected FFL are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you have an issue with a product or order please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving an order. We will do our best to resolve any issues. There is a 20% restocking fee on returns. The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at contact@grangertactical.com for further instructions on how to process your return or exchange.
